Signature Projects
Karaka Park Suite
Contrary to 'a builders' home never being finished', this stage included a studio unit with ensuite, kitchenette & laundry. Decorative elements such as the overlay flooring on the feature wall have been used to create intimate spaces with the open floor plan.
Glendowie Oasis
The brief for this concrete pool renovation was to create a 'resort' inspired space that respected the existing gardens and curved form of the swimming pool. The hardwood vitex decking was used to clad the curved retaining wall that was built to replicate the radius of the pool. Strategic, mood lighting means this outdoor area functions exceptionally well in the evening as well as during the day.

Railway House
Built in the early 1900's, this house was originally a store that serviced the railway station across the street. With many original features including the kauri flooring, the challenge was to install a contemporary kitchen that reflected the character of the home. The sleek stainless benchtop and unique splashback tiles work well with the "teal" cabinetry to create a timeless aesthetic.
